Outplacement

The Montessori School of McLean is proud to educate children ages 2-12 as they progress through the most important decade of their educational journeys. Students that graduate from MSM’s rigorous Upper Elementary program attain the academic and social skills to succeed in top Middle Schools in the area.

Middle School Counseling

Starting the spring of the fifth grade year, the MSM Outplacement Team meets with families to discuss future educational plans for their student. The Outplacement Team strives to provide proficient guidance to families with graduating Sixth Graders as they navigate the Middle School Admissions process.

Testing

Using a national web-based platform, the Upper Elementary teachers proctor an SSAT course to help prepare students for the Middle Level SSAT.
